Monday 11, January 2010 - IT BEGINS!!!!

Hey guys - so since I am not making you logs this time, I was given a web site that I think is pretty damn cool for logging food, exercise, weight, measurements etc..

Maybe its what you are looking for as a log - every food I put in popped up with the calories, fat etc counts we would need especially if you are going to zone block your food consumption for this challenge. :0)
